Job Description

A well-established, medium-sized Construction and Property Consultancy based in Leeds is looking for a proactive Project Quantity Surveyor to strengthen their growing team.

The Project Quantity Surveyor Role

As part of this leading international consultancy, the successful Project Quantity Surveyor will collaborate with a team delivering projects across the UK, Europe, and Australia. The Leeds office is home to a team of 20 professionals working on a broad portfolio spanning healthcare, retail, heritage, education, hotel, commercial, and residential sectors.

The Project Quantity Surveyor will be based in the office three days a week, with the flexibility to work remotely for the remaining days. A key aspect of the role will involve supporting, managing, and mentoring junior team members. This opportunity is ideal for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor looking to take the next step towards a Senior position within a dynamic, flexible, and growth-focused environment.

Requirements

1. MRICS is preferred but not essential.
2. Strong pre & post contract experience.
3. Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Construction Consultancy.
4. A successful track record running projects from inception to completion.
