• Degree in Quantity Surveying, RICS accredited.
• Ideally MRICS or actively working towards APC completion.
• Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy.

An award-winning, forward-thinking Construction Consultancy is seeking an ambitious Project Quantity Surveyor to join their growing Leeds team and take charge of high-impact projects.

The Project Quantity Surveyors’ role

This is a brilliant opportunity for a Project Quantity Surveyor looking to lead from the front. You’ll manage projects from day one – spanning commercial, residential, and healthcare sectors – while playing a pivotal role in cost strategy, client relationships, and overall delivery.

The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will work closely with stakeholders, consultants, and contractors across the full project lifecycle – from cost planning and procurement through to contract negotiation and final accounts. You’ll also support business development and mentor junior team members, positioning yourself for a fast-track move to Senior level.

The Project Quantity Surveyor – Requirements

You will have:

• A degree in Quantity Surveying, RICS accredited
• Ideally MRICS or actively working towards APC completion
• Experience leading projects across a variety of sectors
• Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy
• Strong Pre & Post Contract experience
