Job summary

Skilled Careers is working with an established UK Main Contractor to appoint an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team on a major healthcare refurbishment project in Central London, valued at up to £90m.

The successful candidate will bring proven experience delivering complex refurbishment or cut & carve schemes, with strong commercial and contractual knowledge and the ability to manage multiple subcontractor packages on large-scale projects.

I'm working with an established UK Main Contractor with an excellent reputation for delivering complex, high-profile projects and a strong pipeline of secured work following another successful year of contract awards.

They are looking to appoint an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team on a major healthcare/hospital cut & carve project in Central London, valued at up to £90m.
