Job summary

Redfish Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join its growing commercial team in London. You will take full commercial responsibility for high-end residential refurbishment, fit-out and bespoke new build projects, managing the commercial process from tender through to final account.

Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will procure subcontractors, prepare cost plans, valuations and cost reports, and maintain controls over cost and cash flow while building strong

Qualifications

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor with a main contractor.
• Experience delivering high-end residential, super prime residential, luxury refurbishment or bespoke new build projects.
• Strong understanding of JCT contracts.
• Proven experience managing projects independently from tender to final account.
• Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Degree qualified or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Managing projects from tender through to final accounts.

• Building strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
• Identifying commercial risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Reporting directly to the Commercial Director.

The Role
