Job Description and Requirements

2. Feeding of certificates database, CCMS
3. Developing architecture of Client's system tools

Mission

• Assists the Project Quality Manager / Quality Control Manager in all activities relevant to the management of Quality records, both in electronic and physical format
• Ensures the correct filing of the Quality documents according to defined procedures

Tasks

• Ensures, jointly with the QCS (Quality Control Supervisors), the completion of the Inspection and Test Records by system or as required, highlighting any outstanding quality control activities to be performed to enable project completion as required
• Supports the Quality Control Manager for QA/QC dossiers preparation to meet milestone target dates, collecting quality record documents issued in conformity with the approved quality control plans
• Ensures timely data entry into the QA/QC tools according to the organizational setup of the project
• Supervises the activities of resources dedicated to uploading data into the QA/QC tool
