Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a Project Delivery Engineer to embed quality across the project lifecycle, from planning through to customer delivery. You will drive compliance, champion continuous improvement, and work across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain in a high-stakes environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Manufacturing, Aerospace, Quality Engineering, or related discipline.
• Experience in Project Quality, Manufacturing Quality, or Quality Engineering in a complex environment.
• Working knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, and quality planning methodologies.
• Experience managing non-conformance investigations with structured RCA.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and QA processes.
• Ability to read complex engineering drawings including GD&T.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to drive improvements.
• Excellent communication with customers and cross-functional teams; UK passport required for SC.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality planning throughout the project lifecycle from inception to delivery.
• Manage key quality deliverables such as control plans and inspection records.
• Review FAIRs and support FAT/SAT activities with technical input.
• Investigate non-conformances using 8D, 5 Whys, and RCA methods.
• Drive CAPA to reduce variation and prevent recurrence.
• Ensure alignment with ISO 9001, customer standards, and APQP frameworks.
• Monitor KPIs like first-pass yield, scrap, and rework costs.
• Represent quality in customer audits and MRB activities.
• Collaborate across functions to identify and implement improvements.
