Job summary

Kiwa is seeking a Project QA/QC Manager to lead the quality function on a major energy EPC project. The role covers the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with client, contractual and international quality requirements.

Based in the UK with initial placement in South East England, the position involves travel, relocation and a multinational project team, offering exposure to industry-leading practices and a dynamic, value-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required.
• Extensive EPC QA/QC management experience.
• Lead Auditor ISO 9001 qualification.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and continual improvement of the Project Quality Management System.
• Chair management review meetings and report quality performance.
• Develop quality strategies, KPIs and improvement initiatives.
• Support recruitment, mentoring and development of quality personnel.
• Review and approve Project Quality Plans and procedures.
• Lead internal, supplier and certification audits.
• Ensure engineering deliverables comply with quality requirements before issue.
• Manage NCRs, root cause investigations and corrective/preventive actions.
• Support project start-up, execution and lessons learned.
