Job summary

Kiwa Group in the UK is seeking a Project QA/QC Manager to lead the project quality function for a major energy EPC. You will ensure compliance with client and international requirements throughout the lifecycle and drive continual improvement.

Based in South East England initially, with transition to Saudi Arabia, the role requires travel, leadership of audits, development of quality strategies and mentoring of quality personnel.

Qualifications

• Engineering Degree.
• Extensive EPC QA/QC management experience.
• Lead Auditor ISO 9001 qualification.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and continual improvement of the Project Quality Management System.
• Chair management review meetings and report quality performance.
• Develop quality strategies, KPIs and improvement initiatives.
• Support recruitment, mentoring and development of quality personnel.
• Review and approve Project Quality Plans and procedures.
• Lead internal, supplier and certification audits.
• Ensure engineering deliverables comply with quality requirements before issue.
• Manage NCRs, root cause investigations and corrective/preventive actions.
• Support project start-up, execution and lessons learned.

Job Summary

PPI Quality & Engineering is seeking Project QA/QC Manager to support a major energy project with a leading international EPC contractor. The successful candidate will lead the project quality function and ensure full compliance with client, contractual and international quality requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Role Purpose

Provide leadership and governance for the Project Quality Management System (QMS), drive continual improvement, oversee audits and ensure quality objectives are achieved.
