Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in managing HR projects and reporting.
• Knowledge of HR policies and Agenda for Change processes.
• Ability to liaise with staff, managers and CSUs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that project timescales are on track and that the highest standards are maintained in line with Trust Policy
• Provide advice and support to staff and, and managers on complex queries relating to the Agenda for Change process,
• Ensure the appropriate databases accurately maintained and up-to-date.
