Job summary

Arcadis is seeking an Assistant Planner to join the Resilience team and support project planning from front-end to detailed scheduling. You will drive baseline schedules, monitor progress, and collaborate with internal and client teams to deliver complex infrastructure and utility projects.

The role involves facilitating discussions across disciplines, applying best practice planning techniques, and contributing to the project management community within Arcadis.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
• Ability to work unsupervised with sound judgement and clear communication.
• Comfort speaking with project teams, clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Establish baseline schedules and monitor progress with change control.
• Provide insight on schedule performance and risks to teams and clients.
• Engage with stakeholders to develop relationships and relay concise information.
• Manage schedule change control and maintain audit-ready change history.
• Adhere to NEC 3/4 Accepted Programme and related contractual procedures.
• Contribute to communities and initiatives within the project management service line.
