Job summary

Arcadis is recruiting an Assistant Planner to join our Resilience team in York. You will support the development of schedules, assist with front-end strategic planning and drive schedule control across complex infrastructure projects.

Working with multi-disciplinary teams, you will establish baselines, monitor progress, manage change, and communicate risks and opportunities to stakeholders. A degree or equivalent and strong MS Office/ planning tools experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
• Ability to work on tasks unsupervised with sound judgement and collaboration.
• Strong communication with project teams, clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Establish approved baseline schedules and monitor progress with change control.
• Provide insight on schedule performance and risks to enable informed decisions.
• Engage cross-discipline to identify and resolve issues and support team success.
• Manage schedule change control and maintain audit-ready history.
• Engage with internal and client stakeholders to build positive relationships.
