Job summary

S&B Utilities is seeking a Planner to manage schedules for the Sizewell C project’s Foul Treatment Plant and Potable Water Plant, joining the Project Controls team to provide accurate programme data, analysis and forecasting.

The role involves coordinating with design, procurement, construction and commissioning teams to ensure milestones are met and risks are recovered where possible.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of planning experience in construction/engineering projects.
• Proven experience using Primavera P6 and producing project schedules and programme reports.
• Engineering/HNC/HND or degree in related discipline.
• Strong Excel and reporting capabilities.
• Excellent organizational and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Monitoring progress, milestones and critical path activities across all project phases.
• Supporting design, procurement, construction and commissioning planning activities.
• Producing programme updates, dashboards and performance reports.
• Conducting schedule analysis and forecasting project outcomes.
• Identifying programme risks, delays and opportunities for recovery.
• Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure schedules reflect project requirements.
• Supporting project controls, governance and reporting processes.
