An exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced department delivering Property Investment projects for Superdrug & Savers. Working within the programme & planning office, the successful candidate will oversee the full planning function to ensure the safe and effective delivery of new stores, refits, and other investments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Store and Delivery teams, Project & Implementation Managers, External suppliers, and Programme Managers.
  • Conduct site visits to gather key planning information supporting informed decision-making.
  • Create project phase plans focusing on commercial/tradable transition and manageable workloads.
  • Plan, coordinate, and communicate project resources, including staffing, suppliers, fixtures, and enablement assets.
  • Gather, analyze, and follow-up on operational feedback for completed projects.
  • Plan ahead and realign workloads to meet opening schedules.
  • Continuously develop and improve department processes and procedures.

Requirements:

  • English Language and Mathematics GCSE (or equivalent).
  • Significant experience in Commercial/Retail sectors.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient IT skills (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) are advantageous.
