Job summary

Electus Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Defence Programme Planner to shape schedules across major defence programmes in the UK. You will build and maintain integrated schedules, analyse critical paths and inform delivery decisions in regulated environments.

The role offers progression in a permanent, hybrid setting with travel to client sites, and involves coordinating across multiple workstreams with cost and risk insights central to delivery.

Qualifications

• Background in project planning or project controls.

• Experience within defence environment is essential.
• Clear communication of planning insight to senior and technical audiences.

Must-have eligibility

• Sole British nationality with birth in the UK.
• Defence programme experience within regulated environments.
• Strong planning and scheduling capability using Primavera P6 or similar.

Rewards

£50,000 to £70,000 plus car allowance.
