Job Responsibilities

• Develop integrated, linked programmes to support work winning activities and live projects.
• Update project programmes to reflect progress and/or changes in the build sequence.
• Carry out site visits to monitor and report progress of construction programmes when required.
• Interrogate progress information supplied to ensure that progress is reported accurately and with reference to the contract.
• Analyse critical paths and key milestones, advising Project Managers of risks, opportunities, and mitigation strategies to maintain the project completion date.

Candidate Requirements

Construction experience is essential. You should be either working in a similar role or interested in pursuing a career in planning. Knowledge of building construction and ability to produce programmes are highly desirable. Experience with Asta Powerproject planning software is required. You must be an effective team player, willing to challenge when necessary, and hold a valid driving license for site visits across the UK. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks is crucial.
