Job summary

Capula, part of the Dalkia Group, is hiring a Project Planner to support delivery across energy and infrastructure projects. You will build and analyse schedules, working with Project Managers, Commercial teams and Engineers to ensure on-time delivery from tender through to completion.

Ideal candidates will be proficient in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project, with NEC contracts experience and strong stakeholder communication. Capula offers flexible working and a collaborative environment.

• Extensive planning experience on large-scale Power/Infrastructure/Energy projects.
• Proven ability to use Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Experience with NEC contracts and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and analyse project schedules.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Commercial teams, and Engineers.
• Support tender submissions and programme development.
• Produce project performance reports and updates.
• Drive progress via critical path analysis, variance reporting, and risk management.

Are you an experienced Project Planner looking to work on some of the UK's most critical infrastructure and energy projects?

At Capula, we're leading the way in operational technology and digital transformation, delivering complex system integration projects across the energy, water, renewables, and manufacturing sectors. We're looking for a talented Project Planner to support our project delivery teams across a diverse portfolio of projects, helping ensure successful delivery from tender phase through to project completion.

What you'll be doing:

• Building, maintaining, and analysing project schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
• Working closely with Project Managers, Commercial teams, and Engineers
• Supporting tender submissions and programme development
• Producing project performance reports and programme updates
• Driving project progress through critical path analysis, variance reporting, and risk management

What we're looking for:

• Strong planning experience on large-scale Power, Infrastructure, or Energy projects
• Proven capability using P6 and Microsoft Project
• Experience working within NEC contracts
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work to tight deadlines

Desirable:

• Earned Value Analysis experience
• National Grid or electricity transmission/generation project experience
