Job summary

Capula, part of the Dalkia Group, is hiring a Project Planner to support delivery across energy and infrastructure projects. You will build and analyse schedules, working with Project Managers, Commercial teams and Engineers to ensure on-time delivery from tender through to completion.

Ideal candidates will be proficient in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project, with NEC contracts experience and strong stakeholder communication. Capula offers flexible working and a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

Extensive planning experience on large-scale Power/Infrastructure/Energy projects.
Proven ability to use Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
Experience with NEC contracts and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

Build, maintain, and analyse project schedules.
Collaborate with Project Managers, Commercial teams, and Engineers.
Support tender submissions and programme development.
Produce project performance reports and updates.
Drive progress via critical path analysis, variance reporting, and risk management.
