Job Title: Project Planner - Defence Sector (Contract)

Location: Bristol | Part-Time (3 days/week)
Initial 3-Month Contract (Potential for Extension up to 2 Years)

We are seeking an experienced Project Planner to support a major programme based in Bristol.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, own, and maintain NEC4-compliant construction project plans

• Consolidate multiple project schedules into a unified master programme, incorporating subcontractor input

• Create and manage RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)

• Produce resource profiles from detailed plans

• Engage with subcontractors and support plan coordination across multiple stakeholders

Essential Experience:

• NEC4 programme plan development and management

• End-to-end construction planning experience, including RIBA/design stages

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Project

• Demonstrated ability to create and maintain complex project schedules

Desirable Skills:

• Familiarity with Primavera P6

• Experience using CEMAR for contract and document management

• Subcontractor management experience in a planning context
