Qualifications

• Must be eligible for SC Clearance.

Project Planner

Bristol - 1 day a week onsite

£350 - £400pd Outside IR35

Part-time - 2/3 days a week

3 months, could be extended to 2027

iO are working with an innovative and rapidly growing Technology company who are looking for a Planning Engineer to join them on a contract basis

They are at the forefront of disruptive technology in the UK and are working in partnership with a Defence organisation to fit-out a new secure building

They need an experienced Project Planner who can hit the ground running and lead on this project, having a high level of competency and experience associated to NEC4, cost estimating and preparing detailed project plans.

We are looking for experience in:

• NEC4 Programme plan experience
• Construction plan creation/project experience
• Experience with P6 or Microsoft Project
• Develop resource profile from plans
• Roll-up of multiple plans to masterplan, including subcontract consultants
• RAID creation, administration and development
