Job summary

Connect2Dudley is seeking a Project Officer to support the Families First Partnership Programme in Dudley. The role is hybrid and will help design and implement an integrated system that improves outcomes for children and families.

The role involves coordinating multiple workstreams, engaging partners from health, education and community sectors, and providing project support to ensure timely delivery and effective governance.

Qualifications

• It would be beneficial to have experience supporting or managing projects or programme delivery.
• Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder engagement skills are required.
• Ability to analyse information and present findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination and delivery of Families First Partnership Programme workstreams.
• Lead and manage project tasks to meet objectives, milestones and timelines.
• Track progress, risks and dependencies and report to programme boards.
• Collaborate with Children’s Services and partner agencies to enable delivery.
