Project Officer – Championing Excellence in Healthcare

Location: London | Hybrid (Weds & Thurs in-office) | 4-month Temp | £15.55–£16.97 per hour

Are you passionate about driving meaningful change in healthcare? A leading professional medical body is seeking a meticulous and motivated Project Officer to support their national clinical audit and research programme.

This is an exciting temporary opportunity to work on impactful healthcare projects, collaborating with clinical leads to shape reports, research methodologies, and evaluation frameworks.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  1. Driving healthcare improvements: Conduct literature reviews, identify quality standards, and support national audits.
  2. Collaborating with experts: Work with clinical leads, healthcare professionals, and patient representatives.
  3. Handling data with precision: Ensure accuracy in statistical analysis using SPSS and Excel.
  4. Creating insightful reports: Support data collection, cleaning, and presentation for national publications.
  5. Managing databases: Develop new data systems and liaise with services to resolve queries.
  6. Providing project support: Organise meetings and events, craft member communications.
What We’re Looking For:
  • A keen interest in healthcare, social care, and mental health.
  • Experience in clinical audits, research, or healthcare quality improvement.
  • Strong data analysis skills (SPSS and Excel preferred).
  • Excellent written and spoken English with a sharp eye for detail.
  • A confident communicator with great interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organised, deadline-driven, and adept at multitasking.

This hybrid role is based near Tower Hill, London, offering the opportunity to work on-site two days a week with an experienced team.
