In this senior role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing Estates engineering projects. You will ensure compliance with all relevant legislative, statutory, Trust, and NHS guidance and frameworks, while striving for the most efficient and economical use of the Trust's expenditure.
You will also play a key role in developing and delivering the Trust's ambitious backlog maintenance programme, overseeing some of the most challenging engineering projects in a healthcare setting.
Act as the Authorised Person for Electrical High Voltage and Low Voltage systems. Provide advice and support to the Estates Programme Manager, DCE/HPD, Project Sponsors, Project Board, senior clinicians, and take primary responsibility for coordinating, managing, and delivering major engineering projects to meet performance, time, cost, and quality objectives.
