Job summary

Progressive is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a modular hospital extension project at Wycombe Hospital in Buckinghamshire. You will lead the on-site team, coordinate with subcontractors and stakeholders, and ensure delivery on time, within budget and to high quality standards.

The role is on-site, Monday to Friday, for an initial 6-month contract with a daily rate of 400. Start ASAP and manage health and safety compliance and client expectations throughout the project

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of a major modular hospital extension project at Wycombe Hospital.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-profile healthcare construction scheme, taking responsibility for the successful planning, coordination, and execution of the project from site through to completion.

The Role

Working on-site Monday to Friday, you will lead the project team, ensuring the programme is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will act as the key point of contact across stakeholders, subcontractors, and site teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of a modular hospital extension project.
• Coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and key stakeholders.
• Drive programme performance to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Monitor health & safety compliance across the project.
• Maintain quality standards and ensure works are delivered in line with client expectations.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction sector.

Desirable

• Experience delivering modular construction projects.
• Healthcare live-environment project experience.
