Rolls-Royce SMR Ltd is seeking a Project Manager to support senior PMs in delivering key projects and work packages within a hybrid, UK-based setting. The role focuses on planning, coordination and delivery to time, cost and quality targets across a major engineering programme.
The successful candidate will manage schedules, budgets and risk, engage diverse stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement in delivery processes while embodying a collaborative, commercially aware approach.

The Programme Management Directorate is central to turning our ambition into reality. Working across complex engineering programmes, the team drives delivery, collaboration and innovation, ensuring critical milestones are achieved safely, efficiently and at pace.
In this context, we are looking for a Project Manager to support our Senior Project Managers and Programme Managers in delivering key projects and work packages across the business. This is a highly visible role that will help shape the successful delivery of one of the UK's most exciting engineering and energy programmes.
As you can see, this is a pivotal role within our programme delivery organisation, and you'll bring a collaborative mindset, commercial awareness and the confidence to influence stakeholders at every level.
We offer flexible and hybrid working arrangements and would expect you to regularly attend one of our Rolls-Royce SMR locations as required, with occasional travel to support project delivery and stakeholder engagement.
The salary for this role is £50,600 - £66,500, dependent on the skills, experience and values you bring.
