Job summary

NG Bailey IT Services is seeking a Project Manager to lead structured cabling projects from bid to completion. The role is based in Faslane, Scotland, on-site with travel to the North of the UK, and requires proven PM experience and a strong safety mindset.

You will oversee delivery, manage budgets, and coordinate with Safety, Design, Planning, and Finance to maximise profitability while maintaining high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Structured Cabling and Datacoms.
• Solid track record of successful project delivery.
• Previous experience in Project Management.
• Experience coordinating construction services in a construction environment.
• Ability to understand specifications and drawings.
• Strong commercial and financial awareness.
• Experience in reporting and line management.
• Data Centre Builds experience is a plus.
• Civils and electrical knowledge is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Smart Sheets.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in Structured Cabling and Datacoms.
• Solid track record of successful project delivery.
• Previous experience in Project Management.

Essential Requirements

• Eligibility for Security Clearance.
• Valid Driving Licence.
• CSCS/ECS Card in the appropriate trade/grade.
• Project Management Certification (APM, CTPM, or Prince 2).
