Job summary

NG Bailey is seeking a Project Manager to lead the delivery of structured cabling and data centre projects from bid to completion. You will oversee safety, design compliance, financials, and client relations while coordinating with Safety, Design, Planning, and Finance teams.

The role requires proven PM experience in similar environments, strong commercial awareness, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders. On-site duties in Faslane with UK travel are expected.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Structured Cabling and Datacoms.
• Track record of successful project delivery.
• Experience coordinating construction services.
• Ability to read specifications and drawings.
• Strong commercial and financial awareness.
• Experience in reporting and line management.
• Data Centre Builds experience is a plus.
• Civils and electrical knowledge is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Smart Sheets.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in Structured Cabling and Datacoms.
• Solid track record of successful project delivery.
• Previous experience in Project Management.
• Experience coordinating construction services in a construction environment.
• Ability to understand specifications and drawings.
• Strong commercial and financial awareness.
• Experience in reporting and line management.
• Data Centre Builds experience is a plus.
• Civils and electrical knowledge is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Smart Sheets.

Essential Requirements

• Eligibility for Security Clearance.
• Valid Driving Licence.
• CSCS/ECS Card in the appropriate trade/grade.
• Project Management Certification (APM, CTPM, or Prince 2).
