Job summary

Protec Camerfield in London/SE is seeking a self-motivated Project Manager to lead mechanical sprinkler or water mist systems from design through commissioning. You will work solo and with teams, ensuring communication and quality for customers; involvement from pre-order to final account and warranty.

Projects range from £10k to £5M across public and private sectors nationwide, with some travel within the UK and possibly Europe; salary £35,000–£60,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing sprinkler or water mist projects from enquiry to final account.
• Knowledge of current relevant British Standards and Regulations affecting sprinkler systems.
• Strong on-site coordination and client communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle sprinkler or water mist installation contracts from enquiry through final accounts.
• Take full financial control of projects, including purchase and subcontract orders.
• Manage installation on site, attend client meetings, ensure health & safety, report progress.
