An exciting opportunity has been announced to work with a Housing Association who are embarking upon a number of large scale IT projects in the Housing Sector.

This is a unique opportunity for a well-established Project Manager to build an impactful career within this organization.

The right candidate for this role will have an abundance of experience in Project Management specifically within Housing.

Role: Project Manager

Contract: 12 month FTC with potential to go permanent

Location: North West (Onsite minimum 2 day per week)

Essential Skills for this role

• Proven history of project management experience
• Housing sector specific experience
• Experience implementing new operative platforms within housing OR Finance Systems OR stronger customer journey programmes etc.

Desirable Skills for this role

• Specific experience around Service Charges
• Prince 2 / AMP / Lean Six Sigma

The successful candidate will be instrumental in influencing collaboration across the business to ensure projects are delivered in a timely manner within budget.
