An established industry player is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead their Safer Buildings team in London. This dynamic role involves managing the Intrusive Inspection Programme, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, and fostering collaboration among various stakeholders. You will be responsible for delivering complex projects on time and within budget while maintaining high standards of quality. 37.5 hours – Hybrid working
The overall responsibility of the Project Manager within our Safer Buildings team is to effectively manage and control our Intrusive Inspection Programme in line with PAS, coordinating with Consultants (Fire engineers) and Contractors. Manage the relationship with consultants and contractors to ensure that the programme is effectively managed, KPI’s are met, and all works are completed on time, within budget and to the agreed standard.
Ensure strong coordination across MTVH and communicate with all stakeholders, internal, external, and residents. Coordinate all elements of the intrusive programme to ensure successful delivery of inspections.
