Business Development Manager (LenelS2)

We have an opportunity for a Business Development Manager (LenelS2) to join us at Honeywell, where you will be responsible for driving sales growth of Honeywell Security and Access Solutions products. You will develop new business relationships and generate sales of comprehensive solutions offering our extensive line of security products. You will maintain and provide reports on opportunity status using our customer relationship management system.

This is a remote role with around 60% UK based travel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of customer businesses to identify opportunities for Honeywell's technology and solutions to add value.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in new markets or accounts to uncover business opportunities, recommend solutions, and close deals.
  • Identify and qualify opportunities to replace competitor solutions with Honeywell products while progressing toward successful closures.
  • Utilize Honeywell's internal resources effectively to enhance win rates and coordinate efforts for developing compelling value propositions and proposals.
  • Foster a professional and ethical representation of Honeywell, engaging with customers at multiple levels and contributing to a culture focused on innovation and customer satisfaction.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Possesses direct sales experience in related fields (including Access Solutions manufacturers) along with field customer sales expertise focused on both new and existing accounts.
  • Demonstrates strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficient in standard productivity software suites like Google and Microsoft Office, coupled with experience using CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
  • Shows a robust understanding of key sales principles with multi-level sales experience and a hunter mentality to drive new sales opportunities.
  • Exhibits excellent team and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing customers and partners to foster healthy relationships while having a clear comprehension of Honeywell's value proposition and the competitive landscape.
