Job summary

Brandon James is recruiting an experienced Project Manager in Birmingham to oversee residential, mixed-use, education, public-sector and commercial developments across the Midlands. The role focuses on delivering smaller and medium-sized commissions while supporting senior colleagues on larger projects, acting as a key client contact and coordinating project teams.

Qualifications

• Previous project management experience within a construction consultancy.
• Experience delivering residential, mixed-use, education, public-sector or commercial projects.
• A degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying or a related construction discipline.
• MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB or progress towards a relevant professional qualification.
• A good understanding of procurement, construction contracts and the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects from initial feasibility and briefing through to construction, handover and completion.
• Prepare project programmes and coordinate multidisciplinary design teams.
• Chair client and project meetings and monitor progress against timescales and quality standards.
• Liaise with clients, contractors and consultants to resolve project issues efficiently.
