Job summary

Turner Property Recruitment are partnering with a leading property and construction consultancy in Manchester to appoint a Project Manager, Senior Project Manager or Associate Project Manager to join their team.

You’ll manage projects from inception through to completion, coordinating clients, consultants, contractors and wider project teams to ensure successful delivery across residential and commercial developments.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering residential projects in a consultancy or client-side environment.
• Strong client liaison and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Chartered status or working towards chartership is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects through all RIBA stages from initial brief through to completion.
• Manage project programmes, budgets and project risks.
• Administer and manage projects under JCT contracts.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams, consultants and contractors.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular progress reporting.
• Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to the continued growth of the Project Management team.
