Job summary

Critical Project Resourcing Ltd is recruiting a Senior Client Project Manager to oversee infrastructure high-speed civils projects. You will sit alongside senior delivery leadership, driving final delivery, close-out and handover, with heavy accountability for programme success.

You will apply NEC3 project management on client side, manage complex interfaces, monitor performance across Tier 1 and JV partners, and ensure schemes land safely for rail system ramp-up in the region.

Qualifications

• NEC3 Project Manager duties carried out on client side are essential.
• Background in heavy civils.
• Experience of programme close-out and scheme handover.

Responsibilities

• Administer contracts and review construction programmes.
• Monitor contractor performance and manage risk within scope.
• Coordinate retained third-party works and interface with client functions.
• Manage CDM duties as delegated by the Client Representative.
• Liaise with multiple stakeholders including local groups to support delivery.
