Property Project Manager – National Care Home Group

Location: UK-Wide (Hybrid with national travel)

Salary £75,000-80,000 + Car Allowance + Benefits

Type: Full-Time | Permanent

Are you anexperienced Project Manager with a background in propertyrefurbishments and a passion for delivering projects that make a realdifference?

We’re working in partnership witha respected national care home provider, currently undergoing a majorinvestment programme across its estate. As part of thistransformation, they’re seeking a Property Project Manager tooversee a range of refurbishment and service repurposing projectsacross the UK.

This is a fantastic opportunity forsomeone who thrives on managing multiple live environments andunderstands the importance of balancing construction demands withoperational care delivery.

The Role:

Reporting into the Property Director, you’ll take ownership ofa portfolio of property projects, ensuring each is delivered safely,on time, and within budget. These projects are vital to the ongoingmodernisation of care homes and involve the enhancement andrepurposing of existing services to better meet resident needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manageand coordinate multiple refurbishment and transformation projectsacross a national estate.
• Engage with internal stakeholdersand care home teams to understand operational needs and minimisedisruption.
• Oversee project planning, tendering, contractorselection, and on-site delivery.
• Ensure adherence to allregulatory, health & safety, and care industry compliance standards.
• Report regularly to senior leadership on project status,spend, and risks.
• Champion resident-focused design andservice improvement across the portfolio.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven track recordin property project management, ideally within care, healthcare,residential, or hospitality sectors.
• Experience managingcomplex refurbishment or service transformation projects in live,operational environments.
• Strong commercial awareness andcontractor management skills.
• Able to travel nationally withoccasional overnight stays.
• Relevant qualifications inProject Management, Construction, or Surveying. PRINCE2 or APM is aplus.
