Reporting to the Contract Services Manager, you will take the lead on delivering a range of Fire Systems projects as part of our long-term partnership with Transport for London (TfL). You’ll be responsible for defining project goals and deliverables, managing budgets, tracking progress against schedules, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

This is a hybrid position with flexibility to work remotely, while maintaining a presence in our Canning Town office 2–3 days per week.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage multiple minor works projects under our Fire Maintenance Contract for TfL
  • Prepare and submit quotes for minor works
  • Ensure timely and cost-effective material procurement
  • Develop and oversee logistics plans to meet project delivery timelines
  • Produce and maintain key project documentation and records
  • Lead change control processes and ensure all variations are recorded and communicated
  • Organise and facilitate key project meetings, including kick-offs, design reviews, and close-out sessions

Who You Are:

You are a results-driven Project Manager with proven experience delivering fire-related projects. You thrive in client-facing roles and are confident managing stakeholders and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.

Key Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience managing fire systems projects
  • Experience delivering a programme of works valued at £1M+ per annum
  • Strong commercial and financial awareness
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strong leadership and team coordination abilities
  • A recognised Project Management qualification (e.g., Prince2, APM, PMP)
  • Prior experience with London Underground (LUL) or TfL projects is highly desirable
