Reporting to the Contract Services Manager, you will lead Fire Systems projects as part of our partnership with Transport for London (TfL). Responsibilities include defining project goals, managing budgets, tracking progress, and identifying opportunities for improvement.

This role offers hybrid work flexibility, with a presence in our Canning Town office 2–3 days per week.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage multiple Fire Maintenance Contract projects for TfL
• Prepare and submit quotes for minor works
• Ensure timely procurement of materials
• Develop logistics plans for project delivery
• Maintain project documentation and records
• Lead change control processes and communicate variations
• Organise project meetings, including kick-offs and reviews

Who You Are:

You are results-driven with proven experience in fire-related projects, confident in stakeholder management and multidisciplinary team coordination.

Key Requirements:

• Experience managing fire systems projects
• Delivering a programme of works valued at £1M+ annually
• Strong commercial and financial awareness
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Leadership and team coordination skills
• Recognised Project Management qualification (e.g., Prince2, APM, PMP)
• Experience with London Underground (LUL) or TfL projects is highly desirable
