Job summary

MTRP Ltd is seeking a Project Manager to join its pre-construction team in South Manchester. You will lead front‑end activities, act as the main point of contact with clients and collaborate with commercial and planning teams to ensure schemes are feasible and well structured for handover to delivery.

The role offers an attractive base salary around £70,000, plus car or allowance and a surrounding package, with hybrid working including one day per week from home.

• An experienced Project Manager with a track record of leading high-profile developments for a main contractor.
• The technical skills to be able to advise at pre-construction stage, guiding and shaping projects before commencement.
• A strong communicator, this is a client facing role but will also involve advising colleagues and bringing people together to achieve expected outcomes.

I'm working with a market‑leading contractor who are looking for a Project Manager to join their pre‑construction team, taking schemes from early development right through to handover to delivery teams. This is a role for someone who loves the technical side of construction. You'll be front‑end, acting as the main point of contact with the client and working closely with commercial and planning teams to make sure schemes are feasible, well‑structured and ready to execute.

What we're looking for:
