Job summary

Mtrp Ltd is seeking a Project Manager to join the pre-construction team in South Manchester. You will lead schemes from early development through to handover to delivery teams, acting as the main point of contact with the client and working closely with commercial and planning to ensure feasibility and readiness.

The role is office-based with a degree of home working (1 day per week) and offers a base salary around £70,000 plus car/allowance and surrounding package.

Qualifications

• Experienced Project Manager with a track record leading high-profile developments for a main contractor.
• Technical skills to advise at pre-construction stage, guiding projects before commencement.
• Strong communicator; client-facing role and coordinating with colleagues to achieve outcomes.
