Job summary

Daniel Owen Ltd. is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager for sites in Sale, Greater Manchester, with travel to project sites across the North West. The role focuses on delivering projects on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.

You will oversee planning through to completion, coordinating stakeholders and managing costs, programmes and safety. The position offers a base salary with a commission component rewarding successful delivery.

Qualifications

• A minimum of two years' relevant construction project management experience.
• Previous construction project management experience within the UK.
• Strong knowledge of the Manchester and North West construction market.
• A degree in Construction, Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• A valid UK driving licence and the ability to travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Managing construction projects and monitoring site progress.
• Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and other project stakeholders.
• Managing project programmes, costs and quality standards.
• Identifying and resolving issues throughout project delivery.
• Ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently and successfully.
• Providing regular progress updates and reports to senior management.
• Travelling to project sites across Manchester and the North West as required.

Location: Sale, Greater Manchester, with travel to project sites

Are you an experienced Construction Project Manager looking for a role where your performance is recognised and rewarded?

Our client is looking for a proactive and commercially aware Project Manager to oversee a range of construction projects across Manchester and the North West. Based from Sale, you'll take responsibility for projects from planning through to successful completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards

Key responsibilities

• Managing construction projects and monitoring site progress
• Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and other project stakeholders
• Managing project programmes, costs and quality standards
• Identifying and resolving issues throughout project delivery
• Ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently and successfully
• Providing regular progress updates and reports to senior management

What we're looking for
