Job summary

Mtrp Ltd is seeking a Project Manager to join the pre-construction team in South Manchester. You will lead schemes from early development through to handover to delivery teams, acting as the main point of contact with the client and working closely with commercial and planning to ensure feasibility and readiness.

The role is office-based with a degree of home working (1 day per week) and offers a base salary around £70,000 plus car/allowance and surrounding package.

Project Managers Have you had enough of life on site? I m working with a market leading contractor who are looking for a Project Manager to join their pre construction team, taking schemes from early development right through to handover to delivery teams. This is a role for someone who loves the technical side of construction. You ll be front end, acting as the main point of contact with the client and working closely with commercial and planning teams to make sure schemes are feasible, well structured and ready to execute.

What we re looking for:

• An experienced Project Manager with a track record of leading high-profile developments for a main contractor
• The technical skills to be able to advise at pre-construction stage, guiding and shaping projects before commencement.
• A strong communicator, this is a client facing role but will also involve advising colleagues and bringing people together to achieve expected outcomes
