Job summary

Falcon Green is seeking an experienced Pre-Construction Manager to take ownership of projects from early enquiry through to handover into delivery. This office-led hybrid role focuses on coordinating commercial, technical and operational elements of pre-construction.

You will work with estimating, commercial, design and operations teams to develop competitive, robust, deliverable project solutions and ensure a smooth transition into construction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Pre-Construction Manager, Senior Project Manager, Design Manager or similar within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodology and project delivery.
• Experience managing or contributing to complex tenders and pre-construction programmes.
• The ability to interpret technical and commercial information and identify project risk.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• A collaborative approach and the confidence to work across commercial, estimating and design and operational functions.
• A track record of taking projects from tender or pre-construction through to successful handover.
