Job summary

XAD Technologies is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead LV/HV projects across UK sites and client locations.

You will manage programmes, labour, subcontractors, materials and quality while ensuring commercial performance and strict HSEQ compliance. Travel to project locations and coordination with DNOs/IDNOs and ICPs are required.

Qualifications

• Experience working with DNOs, IDNOs, ICPs and clients.
• Knowledge of CDM regulations, RAMS, permits and electrical safety rules and HSEQ requirements.
• Relevant project management and electrical qualifications; SMSTS, CSCS and IOSH/NEBOSH are desirable
• Strong communication, reporting and client-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage programme, labour, subcontractors, materials, plant, quality and commercial performance.
• Oversee electrical installation, testing, commissioning and handover processes.
• Travel to project locations and coordinate with clients and stakeholders.

Proven experience managing LV and HV electrical projects

Experience with 11kV, 33kV and/or 132kV networks, substations, switchgear, transformers, cabling and associated infrastructure

Ability to manage programme, labour, subcontractors, materials, plant, quality and commercial performance

Strong understanding of electrical installation, testing, commissioning and handover processes

Requirement:

Experience working with DNOs, IDNOs, ICPs, principal contractors and clients

Knowledge of CDM regulations, RAMS, permits, electrical safety rules and HSEQ requirements

Relevant project management and electrical qualifications; SMSTS, CSCS and IOSH/NEBOSH are desirable

Strong communication, reporting and client-management skills

Full UK driving license and willingness to travel to project locations
