Job summary

Turner Lovell is recruiting an Electrical Project Manager to lead HV infrastructure projects, interfacing design and delivery across 11kV to 132kV+. You will coordinate design development, approvals, and stakeholders while supporting procurement planning to ensure timely project delivery.

This hybrid/site-based UK role offers a pathway to progress as the business expands, with exposure to high-value projects for DNOs, IDNOs, data centres and large industrial clients.

Qualifications

• HV electrical infrastructure delivery experience.
• Experience coordinating design, procurement and project delivery interfaces.
• Strong communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing the design process from initial development through to technical approval.
• Coordinating design consultants, internal delivery teams, DNOs, IDNOs and client-side stakeholders.
• Tracking technical submissions, RFIs, design approvals and outstanding actions.
• Identifying and resolving design, programme and interface risks before they impact delivery.
• Supporting procurement planning and ensuring key technical requirements are understood early.
• Building strong relationships with clients, network operators and project stakeholders.
• Maintaining compliance with relevant electrical standards, specifications, legislation and safety requirements.
• Supporting the successful delivery of complex HV infrastructure projects across the UK.
