International property firm have a requirement for a Project Manager to join their Project & Development Services team in London.

The team provide Project Management, Employer's Agent and Contract Administration services in relation to new build, refurbishment, occupier fit out and turnkey projects advising their Clients from team selection and planning through to design, procurement and project delivery.

They deliver projects and provide professional services for many of the world’s best-known companies, combining the reach and influence of a global company with local expertise and delivery.

They are looking for an experienced Project Manager to deliver commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects. This role involves managing project delivery, client relationships, and financial performance while ensuring high standards of quality and compliance.

You will possess MRICS or an equivalent relevant professional qualification and have a proven track record in commercial fit-out and refurbishment project management.

JCT contract administration is essential.
