Skanska Network Solutions specializes in designing, installing, and integrating information, communication, and technology (ICT) solutions. We provide a wide range of IP-related services, including network security and in-building wireless solutions.

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team in Tewkesbury. This role involves managing the design, implementation, and construction of integrated network infrastructure, access control, CCTV, audio-visual systems, fibre optics, satellite, PMS, and telecom packages across various projects. Responsibilities include procurement, installation, commissioning, compliance testing, and final handover to clients, all within budget and schedule, ensuring satisfaction of all stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Enhance the design process by challenging solutions, methods, and techniques to deliver within the contract timeline, improve buildability, and reduce life-cycle costs.
• Ensure all design solutions from designers and subcontractors comply with project documentation and budget strategies.
• Manage trade contractors, including producing working drawings, procurement, and on-site performance.
• Maintain effective communication within the project team and provide regular reports on performance.
• Represent the company at meetings, promote the company's image, and ensure staff understand their responsibilities.

Qualifications:

• Experience in installing and integrating structured cabling systems, with knowledge of material specifications and industry practices.
• Solid experience with IP CCTV systems.
• Understanding of telecommunications solutions.
• Experience in budgeting and forecasting project costs.
• Knowledge of performance testing and commissioning standards.
