Job summary

Babcock is seeking a Project Manager to lead the MAS9 Clyde project at HMNB Clyde, Helensburgh, Argyll and Bute. You will coordinate governance, reporting and stakeholder engagement to deliver a major digital transformation for the Naval Nuclear Enterprise.

As part of a national security environment, you will manage risks, schedules and dependencies, guiding cross-functional teams to ensure delivery within scope and budget.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering large-scale transformation projects in complex environments.
• Strong governance, reporting and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver objectives on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project governance, reporting, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives within scope, budget and schedule.
• Develop and maintain project plans, financials and delivery reporting.
• Engage with programme teams and senior stakeholders to enable successful outcomes.
• Support regulatory compliance and robust project controls.
