Regional Recruitment is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a Midlands-based construction business on a permanent, full-time basis. You will oversee projects from pre-construction to handover, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to high standards.

You will coordinate site teams, manage client relationships and monitor project performance while driving successful outcomes across diverse schemes.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and project delivery.
• Experience managing projects from inception to completion.
• Strong commercial awareness and budget management experience.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Aufgaben

• Manage construction projects through all phases of delivery.
• Develop and maintain project programmes and schedules.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and site teams.
• Monitor project progress against programme and budget requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and opportunities.
• Ensure projects meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Manage project costs, variations, procurement, and resource allocation.
• Chair project meetings and provide regular progress updates.
• Ensure all project documentation is completed accurately and maintained.

• Drive continuous improvement across project delivery processes.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organised individual who can oversee projects from pre-construction through to final handover, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating site teams, managing client relationships, monitoring project performance, and driving successful project outcomes across a variety of construction schemes.

Qualifications

Essential:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and project delivery
• Experience managing projects from inception to completion
• Strong commercial awareness and budget management experience
• Full UK Driving Licence

• Construction-related qualification (HNC, HND, Degree or equivalent)

• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
• Maintain professional standards and represent the company positively at all times
