Job Title: Project Manager - Marine and Tunnelling

Contract Type: Full-time, permanent

Location: London (minimum 3 days in the office or Avonmouth office, occasional travel to Suffolk). Role will become site-based in Ipswich, Suffolk, in 2026.

Salary: From £78,949 depending on experience, plus bonus and benefits.

Benefits include:
  • Annual leave: 28 days, increasing to 30 days after 5 years, plus bank holidays.

About the Role:

Lead civil engineering delivery, manage contracts, and ensure quality and schedule adherence for the Tunnelling and Marine sub-programme, including offshore shafts, head structures, and tunnels.

What are we looking for?

Experienced Project Manager with a background in civil engineering, tunnelling, marine, or construction, experienced in managing complex infrastructure projects from concept to completion, with strong leadership and safety commitment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage civil works and sub-contracts.
  • Coordinate interfaces and promote learning.
  • Ensure safety, quality, and budget compliance.
Preferred Tools & Methodologies:
  • Asite, Teamcenter, or similar.
  • Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of PRINCE2, PMBOK, or Agile.
