Experienced Marine Insurance Broker / Account Executive with an established book of business and interested in increasing financial earnings? Would you like to work from home full-time?

Represent a reputable Broker with unique binders and facilities with Lloyd's Underwriters, specializing in Small Commercial Craft, Marine Trades, Marine War, and Yachts.

A family-run, specialty Marine Insurance Broker with offices across Continental Europe is looking to expand its team. The position is based in the UK with remote working options.

The company:

• Specialists in brown and blue water insurance markets, with expertise in H&M, P&I, Marine War, and Yacht/Small Commercial Craft Insurance. Strong relationships with Underwriters across Europe, including Lloyd's / London market facilities.
• A family-run business encouraging ideas and team collaboration, aiming to grow with your input.

The role / offer:

• Develop relationships with new prospects, network with local Insurance Brokers/agents, and generate referrals from existing clients.
• Work with a team supporting administrative tasks to ensure excellent client service annually.
• Competitive salary plus commission (up to 2.5% of new business premium).

Your background:

• Experienced Marine Insurance Broker with a proven track record in developing new business, familiar with Yacht, Hull & Machinery, P&I, or Commercial Craft Insurance, and comfortable working in a close-knit team.
