Job summary

Kairos Recruitment is seeking a Packaging Project Manager for a hybrid role in Leicester. The role pays £30,000–£32,000 DOE and runs 9am–5pm. You will own projects from brief to delivery, manage client relationships and work with production teams to ensure smooth execution.

The ideal candidate has 18–24 months of PM experience in packaging, print or related fields, with strong organisation, communication and problem-solving skills. A commercially minded, proactive mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 18–24 months' Project Management experience, preferably in packaging, print or related environment.
• Experience building relationships with Category, Brand and Design teams.
• Comfortable handling multiple projects and client updates.

Responsibilities

• Manage packaging projects end-to-end from brief to delivery.
• Build trusted relationships across teams and with clients.
• Provide regular project updates and proactive technical support.
• Mentor junior team members and cover Account Manager when needed.
• Identify opportunities to exceed client expectations while staying commercially aware.

£30,000-£32,000 DOE | 9am-5pm

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for packaging, print and delivering outstanding client experiences?

We're looking for a proactive and commercially minded Packaging Project Manager to join an innovative packaging business that understands the power of storytelling to create meaningful connections between brands and consumers.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of projects from brief through to delivery, build strong client relationships and work closely with production teams to ensure every project runs smoothly and exceeds expectations.

What you'll be doing

• Manage packaging projects end-to-end, from brief to delivery.
• Build strong, trusted relationships across Category, Brand and Design teams.
• Keep clients informed with clear, regular project updates.
• Work closely with client and production teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Provide proactive technical support and solutions.
• Manage expectations, solve problems and confidently handle challenges.
• Identify opportunities to exceed client expectations while remaining commercially aware.
• Support, mentor and develop more junior team members.
• Provide holiday cover for the Account Manager when required.

What we're looking for

You’ll ideally have 18-24 months' Project Management experience, preferably within packaging, print, design or a related environment.
